Thanks to a non-repayable contribution from the Tourism Small Business Assistance Project, Cabane chez Arthur was able to increase the number of seats in its dining room by 25 this year. Needless to say, all these new seats were snapped up during the sugaring-off season. What’s more, the Cabane chez Arthur can now meet greater demand by offering weekday services, which was not the case in the past. Undoubtedly, more and more customers are taking advantage of the available space created by the enlarged dining room.
Also, with the help of the Project, Cabane chez Arthur has enlarged the vestibule and checkroom, and set up a new shop showcasing all its maple products and home-cooked meals. The owners have noted that sales of maple products are steadily increasing, not only because more people are coming through the doors of Cabane chez Arthur, but also because of the improved visibility of the products.
